Open up to the ‘Superman Is Dead’ article in the August 2004 KGRE magazine.

There are 10 words/groups of words in the box below that can be used to replace words in the text.

For example look at the first line of the text -

They are Balinese and they have been together since 1995.

It is possible to replace Balinese with ‘from Bali’ and the sentence will still have the same meaning. Good luck with the 10 words/groups of words. Send your answers to KGRE before October 31st. The best and neatest entry with all correct answers will win a fabulous English book for your club.
