Kang GURU Travels to Surabaya, late November 2007

Kevin flew to Surabaya in late November to lend a hand to the huge Jawa Pos Deteksi event sponsored by the Jawa Pos, the Australian Education Center and supported by the Australian Embassy. He also paid a call on RRI Surabaya.

Kevin visited RRI Suarabya and met with Bu Elsje and Kepala Perencanaan Program to talk about Kang Guru being broadcast once again on their station. It is planned for regular broadcasts to begin in early 2008.

Kevin has a tour of the stations and a brief chat with Ibu Elsje. They have met several times previously at the RRI station in Malang where Ibu Elsje worked for many years.
